Abstract
Storytelling is a leadership method that helps people make meaning, connect evidence to lived experience, and see themselves in their work. For leaders, the challenge is to offer stories that are emotionally honest, intellectually credible, and clear. A useful way to frame this leadership practice is through three dimensions: the heart, the mind, and the eyes.
